Late arrivals or early departures cannot under any circumstances result in a refund. The capacity of the cottage is limited to a maximum of 9 people; we declineresponsibility in case of non-compliance.
Prohibition: Smoking inside the cottage is strictly forbidden. An outdoor area with ashtrays is available.
Parking: Secured by a gate and private. Your vehicle remains under your sole responsibility. It is advised not to leave belongings visible. As a courtesy, please park coherently so as not to occupy excessive space that would inconvenience others.
Respect for neighbors and the environment: Guests must adopt respectful behavior toward residents and the environment in general: wildlife, plants, furniture, property, and equipment.
